I gave my persian cat dry food, the vet and others said that its more healthful for him, and maintain it on a balanced diet.

I don't want to confuse you, but my vet told me to feed my cats canned food. But I do give a lot of them dry food, It is just easier. I have 8 cats and they are all my babies. The canned cat food is a new thing, and I don't know why. But if your cat is doing well on the dry food, I certainly wouldn't change it. How old is your cat?? Where do you live??
