If anyone uses a vendor/supplier, who has a drop ship program, what problems have you encountered that have cost you money in the end?
What is the worst problem you have encountered:
=> Time it takes for the drop ship vendor to deliver the product to your customer?
=> Changing their inventory and not telling you (email notification)?
=> Their over-charging of shipping?
=> Products not as described, thus high return rates?
=> Great products, but poor product images for you to use on your site?
=> Other?
Do you have any tips or suggestions to pass on to others thinking of using drop ship vendors/suppliers?
