Hi Dennis,
I want to put a shopping portal with rewards capabilities together. It needs to be similar to a few of the smaller sites around that pay their members a small amount for doing an action.

I'm on a super tight budget to launch this. Do you know of any free software that I can use for my project? Figured I'd ask you based on your profile. I'm considering something like CashCrusader or ShiftCode. It needs to be dummy proof and handle ads from Commission Junction, Hydra, ShareASale and similar sites.

Can ya help me figure this out? I'll understand if you don't advise folks.

I had people use cashcrusader before. That seems to be a good program as what my customers told me. I never heard of shiftcode. I had to re-read your message because I thought you wanted a shopping cart lol But, then I realized what you actually wanted. Now, a surfing site is a hard site to maintain. Many hosting providers will not allow you to run surfing sites as it uses a lot of mysql resources. What I would suggest if you like is something called the goldcoders hyip. This is what one of my customers is running now: http://www.hitzparade.info

That is a sample and is what my customer is running. That seems to be good and many people enjoy investing in programs like that.
