Inside out - Outside in ?

Weight problems in todays "Fast food" society is a huge issue. Obesity is a huge problem and is only getting worse.
There are literally thousands and thousands of weight loss programs on the net and it would seem a new one is coming forward as often as a Macca's franchise opens.
The key to successful weight loss is looking at it from the inside out (Your health) instead of the outside in (Your image).
Forget about what clothes you can't fit into, what your friends think, what society thinks of you. These factors are not for YOU, but rather to please others.
Look at weight loss from the inside out. Look at how YOU will feel, look at your personal health, how you will feel to walk and run with the kids, play sport and enjoy life.
Do it for YOU... Not for everyone else!

Hi Eric, Well written. Tops for the article. Nov 10th 2007 03:49 |
Eric,
I couldn't have put it better! I am getting healthier and better fit for me. I want to be around alot longer. I am not what would be referred to as obese, but I do have extra pounds that aren't doing my body any favors. My husband and kids love me and think that I look fine.
But, since I have started doing more to take care of myself, I feel better. I actually look forward to my walks and trying to go a little further each day.
