OK Max,

 You wanted to find out about what my goals are and how I will acheive them.

First, I break my goals down into three levels

Short term - (Within 6 months)

Medium Term - (6 Months to five years)

Long Term - Over 5 years

 

Short term goals are

1. Building a business model that will get rid of the term Affiliates.

2. Generating a partner group of between 5,000 and 10,000 partners

3. Building a Product Library of over 2500 top notch and current products

Medium Term

1.Creating a group of Partners that develop products and advertising methods that can be used by the entire team for promotion and business development

2. Creating a system that all partners are rewarded based on production and inovation. There are plenty of people out there that simply cannot promote a free glass of water to a man in the middle of the desert, I want to create a system that will reward them because of their input into the system (these folks can usually come up with some great products and inovation, they just can't deal with people well).

Long Term

To be able to work when and where I want, IF I feel like it!

Now as for the HOW:

Short term was to find a management script that could provide contact methods, training methods, relationship development and incentives. Did that by purchasing a copy of Fantasos and installing it on one of my domains. Now I am continuing to promote Joint ventures with other marketers to develop the relationships I will need to put my plan into action. Giveaway events, support for other marketers that need scripts installed, or site management, there are things that I can do for them that they need to run their operations. By SERVING them, it will build a strong sense of my abilities and integrity that WILL be relayed to other marketers and developers, making it that much easier for me to get introduced to the 'Right' People.

Medium term is under construction with plans to get a dedicated server with a partner of mine to move our main information and management sites onto for security. Once we have the server, we will begin to implement our mentoring and product creation strategies. Currently, between the two of us, we have close to a half a terrabyte of products that can be sold, modified (we try to purchase the source code instead of the resale rights for our products) and \ or repackaged for our members and partners to promote. We already have the incentive program in place based on productivity, we just need to look at the inovation areas.

That should be a good start!
