Topping Of Reviews...Lets Not

I really should of mentioned in the guidelines, that topping of reviews is not a good idea. Members are asking for reviews to get help and ideas and feedback. They are not here for recognition. If this starts to happen, this group will not be taken seriously. It will be looked at as a way to just advertise. And that is not the purpose of this group. Thank you for your understanding.

Eric,
I feel it has to be this way. This will also keep members joining for the right reasons. And as long as this is said now, it leaves no room for doubt on the true meaning of this group.

...one of the bigger problems is the "Super Fine" line between posting for a review and posting an Advertisement... For a review to be considered a "review" it needs to have the purpose of the review explained...

Eric,
Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I had that in the new guidelines post, but I never put it in the main group description. Now it is there :)
Yes, this will make a big difference in how this group is thought of. Members must state what the site is about and what part or parts they wish to get feedback on. Posts with just a link or review my site, will be removed. Lynn

Just a gentle reminder not to top reviews. This group walks a thin line between reviews and advertising. Thank you, Lynn
