This is a great post where Cecil Wampler teaches us ways to get out of the mundane patterns and make some exciting work changes. He lists some I have tried with lots of success and I have just kept advancing from one to the next. Some fascinating things he mentions that I had not heard before was looking back on the bad things that happened over the past year on the job. similar to recognizing weaknesses to work on in the coming year. I enjoyed the material a lot.
