You are always welcome to email your referrals using the downline emailer under the Referrals section in your back-office, particularly about HelpHits business. The referral competition now does not give any direct reward BUT you do get 100 lifetie activity points that are good toward your FREE Pro upgrade. Remember, it takes 10,000 activity points in a month to achieve a Silver member upgrade. You get 1 point per webpage surfed (which are reset every month on the 15th) and 100 points per referral which are yours for a lifetime. So if you have referred 15 people and they are all active then you get 1,500 activity points forever. Reducing your number of pages to get a Silver membership to 8,500.
