The Supreme Approach to the Theory of Why So Many People in Management Within the Corporate World Always Seem to Be So Incompetent
There was someone that had developed the theory of why so many individuals in direction within the corporate world always seem to be so unequal. As for myself, I've run into more incompetent people in superior positions than ones that actually were capable. The theory was that individuals are promoted into places till they become incapable.
