It's quite ironic that I actually have a diploma in film and television production and direction, and am so slow to catch up with the internet side of things!
I have CamStudio and have been playing with it as time permits - nothing worth showing anyone yet!
I am here to hopefully pick up some tips from people more experienced than me in the field : )

You can use videos that are already created to network with other people. What I do is I look for certain topics of interest then I go to youtube and find a video that I think will fit the bill and put the url in the forum or if it's on a site like Facebook or myspace that allows video comments, I post it there.\
You can put the entire video on the page by simply copying the embed code from youtube or whatever site you're using.
