- Build quick (2 month) not-finished, easy to sell house = $35,000
- Sell house in about 2 month = $100,000 (minimum)
- Minimum profit = $40,000

I have a system and teams that can build at least 5 houses per summer, so:

- Buy a land for 5 houses in a good area (~2500 sq/m or 3000 yards) = $125,000
- Build quick (2 month) not-finished, easy to sell houses = $175,000
- Sell houses in about 3 month = $500,000 (minimum)
- Minimum profit = $200,000 .

The houses are sold very fast, like fresh bread!
