Yesterday's review:
God only knows how i've still got any hair left on my head, although it's getting greyer by the minute! CAPTAIN GERRARD got me off to the perfect start yesterday. He ran his rivals into the ground and I thought it was going to be the start of a mega pay day. QUEENS BEST looked like she was set to pounce on the long time leader Trick Or Treat and I was rubbing my hands at the 1f pole. Unfortunately, the leader kept finding more and no matter how hard Ryan Moore tried, he couldn't get QUEENS BEST to go past. If that wasn't bad enough, the defeat of MODICUM was one of those which you either laughed or cried. Rose Davison did nothing wrong and she kept Hobbs Hill in her sights for the entire race. She came cruising past approaching the final fence and having jumped it well, MODICUM quickly went 2l ahead. The fact that he traded at 1/40 'in running' tells the story about how much the race looked over but somehow Hobbs Hill rallied - I was left speechless. TAWAASSOL ran no race whatsoever having missed the break.
