What Causes Stress
 Is there something in life that wears you down or make you worry? The first step to dealing with stress is to recognize its sources - pinpointing the specific stressors. When you are strung out, stop and take a few minutes to do something that will bring you back to your peak.
A more proactive solution is to eliminate stressors altogether

1. Get up 15 minutes early (2). Prepare for the morning the right before
(3). Don't rely on your memory -write it down (4). Avoid negative people
(5). Always make copies of important papers. (6). Break large tasks into bite size portions
(7). Look at problems as challenges. (8). Declutter your life
(9). Schedule play time into every day. (10). Stop saying negative things to yourself.
