Everyone in this world want to stay young and healthy. But to have it one has to keep in mind and follow certain thing. There is no hard and fast rule that one should follow it as mentioned below. As we know prevention is better than cure. One have to follows do and don't that comes in their life, mostly the habits which may be harmful to ones health.

POLLUTION:- Keep away from pollution they can cause great harm to the skin by giving rise to dermatitis and pimples, white heads and black heads, beside causing rashes, boils and skin irritation. Therefore as far as possible, safeguard yourself from pollutants by covering your face and nose while traveling or passing through highly polluted areas.

SUN RAYS:- Too much exposure to the harsh rays of the sun can give rise to skin cancer. Do not venture out when the sun is at its highest. Always use a sunscreen when going out and cover your face with a scarf or an umbrella. Without fail when you are on bike ride, sunscreen must be used and helmet which protect your head and the face is a must to carry with. In many cases sunrays give rise to sunburns and tanning, these are very embarrassing skin blemishes. It is face where out beauty stand for attraction, keep it safe.

TOO MUCH CAFFEINE: Drinking too much coffee in a day may cause dehydration of the skin, beside it interferes with your sleep, giving rise to insomnia. Insomnia can cause or give rise to crows feet, wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes, puffy eyes and dull skin.

SMOKING:- Smoking which worldwide rated as bad for health and one must be away from it. Smoking can prove very devastating to the skin. The nicotine in the tobacco decreases the circulation of the blood to the skin thus preventing the skin from imbibing oxygen and other important nutrients which keep it going. This may cause premature wrinkles of the skin, since the smoke particles attract dust and dirt from the atmosphere which settle on the skin, clogging the pores which gives rise to pimples, boils and rashes. Besides smoking give rise to crows feet and wrinkles around the face and most dangerous is mouth cancer.

DRINKING WATER:- Drink lot of water to keep your skin young and shiny. Washed your faced at least two to three times a day to keep away all the dust particles settled on your face and the skin.
