A situation that you most likely never contemplated is what would you do when you returned home to a condo that seemed like a swimming pool? Picture seeing 4 or more inches of water gathering throughout the house.

It could be that a pipeline cracked, or else a hose-pipe on the clothes washer or dish washer blew. Or maybe the bath or commode ran over.
