There is I imagine rather a misconception concerning the IQ degree of your average cyber criminal. From your benign hacker to the sophisticated cyber crime networks of Eastern and Asia, everyone is typically portrayed as sophisticated, misguided and highly intelligent. The fact is I am afraid far from a massive proportion of those who commit cyber crimes are pretty damn dumb and also truth.
