A reservoir made of black gram dough is built up on the neck, which should cover all the vertebrae of neck and 2-3 vertebrae of the thoracic region. When the oil cools down, it is removed with the help of a cotton gauze and the aforementioned is repeated three- four times before removing the reservoir.
