There are many dietary reasons to incorporate beef in your daily diet; beef that is wholesome is an excellent way to obtain nutrients and protein. But beware: Some meats are very heavy in cholesterol and harmful saturated-fat. By cooking beef in ways that are healthy and selecting the slimmer cuts, it is possible to maximize your beef meals.
