What About Water?

Are you concerned about your drinking water? I know that most people today don't drink straight from their tap. They have some sort of filtration system or they drink bottled water.
Recent news pieces on the quality of bottled water has caused quite a stir. Sure there are some companies that truly do filter their water before bottling it, but WOW... how shocking to discover that many are just bottling tap water and laughing all the way to the bank.
Penn and Teller have put up a humerous, but telling video on YouTube:

Pure water is a super important issue! Next to air it is the most important! Then nutrition. Most water supplies have way too many chemicals like fluride and clorine! Ed Oct 1st 2007 19:19 |

Hi Sure pure water is a major issue - currently I filter the tap water - which at least removes the chlorine taste and makes the water drinkable (filter the shower water too). Problem on the horizon is that the fluoride lobby have heavied the government and as a result - our water supply will be fluoridated in the next year or so. What to do - have ruled out Reverse Osmosis - thinking now of an Atmospheric Water Generator - but they are not real cheap to run. Apr 9th 2008 18:18 |

To amend my earlier comment. I finally settled for a Reverse Osmosis filter, seems to work well. Need to consider some re-mineralization though. Apr 7th 2010 06:25 |
