The threat of attacks on computers is real, and these attacks are not limited to work computers. Some employers allow their employees to bring their own devices to work because it is easier for the employee to navigate their own device, and they are familiar with the software. With the newest threat of malware on mobile devices on the rise, this could cause security issues for the company and to the users personal device. It is on the company to weigh the risk of letting employees use their own device or not.
