E-mail lists never read, why? G-mail ruining results with big dead letters.

What happened to all the traffic from Safelists? When I sent out 1000 previously i could expect a 2% response. Now it takes 5000 or more to get minimum response. Are there too many Safelists and people are only posting and now one clicking? Are the e-mails going into boxes and never read? G-mail seems to be the preferred e-mail box, too simple not to even open. Yet my paid e-mail account bounces Safelist mail. Anyone discovering the same thing?

I am seeing any where from 18-22 % response rate with safelist. You might want to work on your ad, and using each safelist to the fullest for the best results. If you follow the link from my profile you will see what safelist bring me such a high response rate.
