i know something that would get you results guaranteed robert but i cost.... i myself trying to get the money to get it..

it's an autopilot mailer, you will reach 4 memberships for a total of 150,000 emails daily for years to come.

this might not sound real but trust me it is and i KNOW it would work for anyone, no doubt in my mind.

First answer is yes there are places to Market for FREE on the Internet.
This being one.
Blogging has been the marketing Hub for many clients, with traffic flowing form Social media such as APSense, Twitter, Facebook and Google+.
Do you have a Strategy and plan in Place?
Do you know your market demographic?
Are you focusing on one or two Products or services?
All it usually takes is a well designed Plan of Action and consistent application of proved methods daily.

There are more ways than anyone can count, but you need to do some soul searching to find something that fits your personality. The easiest high demand service to market is writing, such as articles, PLR, ebooks, Kindle books, custom assignments, you name it and someone is looking for it.

Do you have a good product or service to sell? Have you created a compelling sales page to sell that product for a reasonable price? If so, there are tons of ways to get free traffic to that sales page. Google "how to get free traffic".
