The band was formed way back in 2002 in High Green, Sheffield. Since then the band’s line-up consists of Alex Turner on lead vocals, lead and rhythm guitar, Jamie Cook on lead and rhythm guitar Matt Helders on drums and back-up vocals and also Nick O’Malley on the bass guitar and also back-up vocals. Andy Nicholson is a former member of the band who used to be on bass guitar and back-up vocals, he left the band almost after its first release in 2006.
