Today I was listening to one of my favorite speakers Jim Rohn and he said " We get paid for bringing to the market place." Product or Service it is the value you become. You may become a teacher, leader, manager. If you will change everything will change for you.

My name is Raymond Richard and I have been selling cars in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for 6 years and I have learned a lot about people and how we buy. I have had the opportunity to work for a large automobile chain that believes in training and development. I use what I have learned to share with my team and help them over come their challenges.

Jim Rohn focused on the fundamentals of human behavior that most affect personal and business performance. His is the standard to which those who seek to teach and inspire others are compared.
