Please find attached a new version of the new program for project financing of $1 million up to $500 million for deal both here in the United States and in most countries abroad.

The funding source that we represent can provide funding for projects both in the U.S. and internationally starting at $1 million up to $500 million with limited capital requirements from the borrower as outlined in the attachment. This financing is an investment as opposed to a loan and the client can proceed in some cases with as little as 1% cash escrow put up and would have to give up 30 to 40% equity in their project. There is no debt service payment or interest rate to be concerned with. Please feel free to forward the attachment to your client(s) and advise as to their interest.
They should look at the 6 different options in the attachment that they can take advantage of depending on their specific projects needs.
If the client wishes to proceed we would prepare formal documents and would require a $2500 REFUNDABLE retainer. The retainer is refundable if the funding source fails to issue a proposal as outlined in the attachment.
A two point broker closing fee for arranging the financing would be required payable out of the funds at closing, which we would split with the introducing broker.
ONE FINAL THING ….I HAVE A SOURCE THAT SAYS THEY CAN PUT UP THE 1%, 2.5%, OR 5% FOR A CHARGE OF 14% OF THE PROJECT.
