Aim for these 2 things and the rest will follow.
In health habits I include :
- food
- exercise
- sleep
- not too much of the "good" things :)
- follow your heart ( in my case, it means listen to what the Holy Spirit tells me )
- acknowledge your weaknesses
- develop your strengths
- take care of your loved ones
- less TV, more active hobbies
- be sensitive to other people ( I'm talking first and foremost to me here )
- if you don't stand for anything, you'll fall for everything
- In your business, don't take everything personally
