Everyone knows that in order to succeed online you have to put forth the effort. But effort alone will not guarantee success. You have to understand that an online business is much different than an offline business. The term "Build it and they will come" does not apply on the internet. People who search the internet are looking for information and
VALUE. As an online marketer this is where your focus needs to be at. If you offer value to your prospect, your business will grow. So what is value and how do you provide value?
Value simply means relative worth, merit. or importance. Your prospect surfs the internet looking for something of importance, or something of value and if you do not provide it the prospect will jump ship and leave! Providing value, can be as simple as providing free reports, newsletters on the subject matter or anything that offers merit to your prospect. For example, selling a weight loss pill alone will not make you the sale. Providing reports on what you can do to help keep the weight off, exercising tips, what foods to eat, anything worth giving to the prospect for them to use before buying the pill will present them with value. Once you have provided value, then and only then will you become a trust worthy person to the prospect.
