When you return from grocery shopping, wash and slice your vegetables and have them all prepared to eat in a container so it is not such an effort each time you need a snack. Including lettuce - wash it and trim it and get it all delectable so salads are easy to reach for ... and put good treats in them so they will be more appealing - nuts, cheeses - blue, gorgonzola, cheddar, dried cranberries are good too... eat with love... because you are... loved.
