I agree that relationship is paramount to what you are wanting to help people achieve.But dilemma may haunt everyone is "the mute multitude". Those downlines that will not respond to messages;or give a simple thank you for free credits.
I have a downline of 23 in a particular TE; and frequently send them credits as a thank you for staying active or to offer help.
Frustrating I must say. How can you build a relationship with people like that?
