i like this answer : Apsense is a big traffic generating website. You don't need to do anything for indexing. It will get indexed automatically (if you used orginal content).
If you wish to manually index faster. Go to google and search for "google submit url" you will be asked to enter an URL. There enter your apsense URL then hit submit. Thats it. Google will index your article within few hours.
Note:you must be logged in gmail before submitting the URL
