The software has been designed as universal program for surveillance hybrid platforms functioning simultaneously with wireless and wired Internet cameras, Television-boards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams.It has web interface with the identical form and functionality on the local and distant pcs. Users view MPEG coded video and have full management of the software through net that security pc can be operated with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached.
Software's modular structure considerably improves reliability because all units work as autonomous software. If one component stops working, other units keep on running. For instance if the "record" component stops working, "watchdog" starts over it right away that users don't notice anything because they are viewing video through a "playback" component.
The software makes "repeated" recording that the "hard drive full" situation never happens. The recording can be non-stop or it can be initiated by movement, human face detection, or by timetable.
The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance workstation as well as on apart server using Web interface.
The software performs simultaneous video playback for event examination from multiple cameras concurrently. Also recorded files can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
