Review on Top Ten with Email-Hog

Safe email marketing has been around for years.
Sites that offer safe email marketing are called safelists or mailers. Why are they considered safe? Because when you join, you can send emails to the other members of the site, and you accept to receive emails from them. It's a fair system. You might consider that some emails are not interesting, or in some cases you would say they offer crap programs.

Many of the sites have thousands of members, so it's expected you won't like every offer. Nor will every member be interested in your opportunities.

Most safelists are credit based. This means you either buy credits, or you earn them by clicking on the provided link inside the email. Some emails might have more than one link. The link that matters is under a statement such "Earn credits by clicking here," since that is the link controlled by the safelist to give you the credits for opening the email. By clicking on the link, you'll get on a splash or squeeze page. You have to wait for the timer to reach zero, then you get the credits.
A good way to learn about email marketing
There are three things you must remember when writing emails on safelists:

Write good headlines.
Keep the email short.
Test and tweak.

The headline or subject, i.e. the email title is the first thing we see. If it does not catch interest, the person will open the email and click the link just to get the credits. That's if the email is even opened.

If you write too much stuff in the email, you will only waste your time. Unless you are a very talented writer. That's why I suggest to keep it short. The real important thing is the page they will reach by clicking on the link. One word of advice on that. If you are able to create your own splash page, it's better, else, if what you promote is very popular, the safelist members will have seen the page dozens of times and will ignore it.

Testing and tweaking simply means to write different headlines and to track the number of clicks you get with each. You tweak it for maximum results. This might take some time, but it's worth the effort. In email marketing on safelists, you learn from your failures as much as from your successes.
Which safelists are the top ten?
There are different places who rate safelists according to CTR ( Click Through Rate ) and other factors. I joined a safelist called Email-Hog. It has interesting features. I talk about it in this video.

Antoinette, I second you, I receive as many emails from it as from other popular safelists, which is a good sign, imo
