@Moses - Yes, as stated on the website "The MailBox-CashBox section will become active when there are enough members from that specific country to have a campaign, as determined by the Advertisers." But You can still earn money from all of PeopleStrings other programs such as PeopleDollars, People Shopping, PeoplePoints, and Refer A Friend. if you're outside of Canada, or the USA. I have never gotten my postcard from them with my code and cannot find the instructions on how to set it up manually. I'm a member but I only visit now to check on the APSense group there and play a few of the games.
