The Old School New Body Review program is known as the workout. What does that mean? It stands for four core exercises that have been identified as being the most effective – upright rows, bent over rows, incline presses and squats. The system will focus on these very powerful and effective exercises and lays out three different workout plans. The workout routine is done three times per week and there are three different workouts – the Lean Workout, the Shape Workout and the Build Workout.
