Logix Group has established more than 25 such facilities and
completed more than 4 million square feet of IT spaces. All the projects are
executed by separated SPVs having the group controlled equity. The Group has
various well known FDI partners like ICICI Prudential, Taib Capital – ACACIA,
Bahrain, Citi Property Investors (taken over by Apollo Global Management) among
other prominent names in the market.
