Hands On Home Inspections

Hello,

I'm Bruce Fanning, I did my first home inspection in Colorado way back in 1978.

My first inspection company was called: "Your Home Advisor."
I may have been ahead of the curve from the get-go!

When I started Hands-On Home Inspections in the early 1980s, I was all alone, nobody else in town was doing pre-purchase inspections. I advertised in the Thrifty Nickel and I bought an ad in the Yellow Pages, they were too much money even back then! I sponsored softball and pee-wee football as well. An inspection was $39, I've always had the best price in Colorado.

I love doing Home Inspections, every home is unique, no two exactly the same. Those first inspections were mostly for investors and some mortgage service companies.

Starting out everyone was a new face, but as time went on I saw more repeat clients and many referrals. Including referrals from family member to family member. Recently I've done inspections for the third generation of homebuyers in a family. I inspected their Grandparents and Parents homes and now I'm inspecting homes for their family too. I appreciate the trust they have in me. They know I will always be straightforward and honest with them, and I will look out for their interests, Just as I have done for generations of their family members.
Ya know after 40 years and more than 19,600 inspections, I still love doing home inspections.
