- Press Windows+ letter R simultaneously top open the RUN BOX.
- Type Control Panel in the empty area of the box and hit ENTER.
- Go to Programs and Features and find your QuickBooks from the given list.
- Uninstall the QuickBooks product completely from your PC.
- Restart your Workstation and go to this link to download your QuickBooks version.
- Select the version of your software from the drop-down and your country and click download.
- From here on continue with the installation process, input your License and product number to complete the installation.
- Once QuickBooks has been successfully installed on your computer please restart the PC and check if this troubleshooting step has fixed the problem.
