Visit a Nissan Rogue Dealership for a Test Drive

by Rob J. Quality Links

Do you love to drive crossovers? If so, many people agree with you. In fact, compact crossover SUVs are the most popular vehicles in America. This has been true for several years now. They are dependable, spacious, safe, and good looking. It is easy to see why the new Nissan Rogue is the third best selling model in the segment and the seventh most popular vehicle in the U.S. Just last year alone, Nissan sold more than 350,000 Rogue vehicles. If you like the idea of driving the Nissan Rogue, you're in good company. If you like crossovers and are considering a Rogue as your next purchase, it's time you went into a Nissan Rogue Dealership and got a better look at this new crossover for yourself.

But taking a test drive can be tricky, particularly if you haven't been to a Nissan Rogue Dealership in New Haven or the surrounding area before. Most car buyers don't do much more than a quick test drive. With so much new technology and features in today's newest vehicles, a thorough test drive is more important than ever. Here's what you need to know:

#1 Schedule an appointment at the Nissan Rogue Dealership in Wallingford, CT. You'll get better, more focused time at the dealership if you make an appointment ahead of time. Of course, you can walk in and see whichever vehicle you'd like, but an appointment means they're waiting and ready for you. You'll have one-on-one time with the professional of your choice.

#2 Do your homework. Before your appointment, you will want to make a list of the features you are interested in. For instance, perhaps the cargo room is very important to you so you'll want to make a note for yourself to check the back with the rear seats both up and down. This way, you won't find yourself listening and talking to someone at the dealership and forget an aspect that is very important to you. Can a passenger easily get in and out of the rear seat? Does your muscle instrument actually fit in the cargo area?

#3 Bring someone and something along for the drive. Don't show up to your appointment alone! Bringing along a buddy and your stuff is a great idea for several reasons. A family member or friend can keep you not only having a good time but also more easily focused on the task at hand. Also, if you have a car seat or something else you know you'll be driving around with often, bring that so you know how easy it is to put your cargo and a passenger in the vehicle.

There you have it! With a few pieces of advice, you'll be test driving like a pro!
