Terry Lambert Emporia : His Life and Contribution to Health Care

Born in Corinth Mississippi and graduating from Memphis State University with specialization in accounting and later pursuing MBA; Terry Lambert carved a niche for himself in the healthcare industry. He was designated as an assistant controller in a health care organization named Helena Hospital. Terry Lambert Emporia was recruited as a CEO in Lee Memorial County hospital.  He also worked as Chief Executive Officer in New Man hospital. He worked a lot to raise the standard of hospital during his tenure of 12 years in this particular hospital.

The time when Terry first joined the Newman hospital, it looked like a simple county hospital with few facilities for the patients.  But due to his innovative ideas, the simple county hospital could achieve the status of a regional hospital. There has been much expanded with regards to the service of the organization. Due to his contribution in adding various specialized services and making some improvements, he was awarded with the title of the President in Lawrence health service. This post was declared in the year 2008 but he took it up in the year 2009, 5^th of January.

Terry Lambert Emporia had a wish to be with his family who stays in Mississippi. Thus, he relocated with his job in this particular area.Bagged with an impressive experience and education he was confident of finding his place anywhere. Even if he gets to work with the health care with minimum facility, he was confident of being able to be in touch with what is exactly happening on the ground.  He had an aim to make improvement in health services in the particular area.  He is a family man and is happily married to his wife Alicia. He has one son and a daughter.

He has been working with Newman regional health care in March 2008 when he was called for an interview by Emporia Gazette. He conveyed and spoke about different issues and improvements that can be brought in the health care sector. Health insurance is also a major concern about which he actually spoke. He was also asked about the innovations in hospitals. He also provided the assurance about upgradation of business models in the heath care business. The employer was really satisfied with the answers provided by Terry and therefore he was soon recruited as the president and provided with a great responsibility along with handsome salary in the new organization.
