Refill Electronic Cigarettes

When you choose to use an electronic cigarette you can choose to buy a pre filled electric cigar cartridge or you can refill your own cartridge with e liquid. By refilling your own electronic cigarette cartridge instead of throwing them away, you get to save a fair bit of your money. A user can either purchase the e liquid to refill the cartridges or can make his e liquid with the necessary materials. Refilling the cartridge can be quite confusing especially to the first time users because most of them are not designed to be reused. There are two ways to do so: through drip method and injection method.

When you choose to use the drip method, you require the e liquid and a dripper. Through this method, you are required to open up the cartridge, and then remove the polyester filling that is inside the cartridge. Using the dropper, suck in the e liquid and then drip a few drops into the cartridge. Then place the filling back gently and then wait for the filling to soak in the e liquid. You can allow saturation by adding a few more drops to the filling, but make sure the liquid is not so much that it accumulates on the top. Push the filling to allow you to add more drops, multiple times to ensure complete nicotine liquid saturation. Close the cartridge. To use this method, you require time and patience.

To use the injection method, you require the e liquid, a syringe or an injector. In this case the best tool to use is a syringe. It's more recommended to avoid spilling the e liquid all over. A syringe also enables you to disperse the e liquid evenly along the cartridge filler. It also makes the extraction of the liquid from the bottle much easier. All you need to do is, take the white rubber cap off the tip of the cartridge. You can do this using a tweezers or a small screw driver. Remove the liquid from the bottle using the syringe. Into the mid section of your cartridge filler, insert the syringe needle until you get near the cartridge bottom. Avoid damaging the atomizer, incase of a two piece cartomizer, by inserting the syringe needle and aim for the mesh found inside the cartomizer tube. While moving the needle, depress the syringe plunger. Then replace the rubber cap of the electric cigar cartridge. You can cap the cartridge once it is filled, either for later use or you can install on your electric cigar. Any left over liquid should be put back into the bottle. Put the cap syringe to top off any additional cartridges. Fill in your syringe with fresh water and flush it several times to clean it.

When your electronic cigar produces less smoke, or when you inhale some burnt smell, it is time to refill or replace your cartridge or your cartomozer. It is better to do it five or six times in total because beyond this, you may damage the polyester may cause damage to the working condition of the atomizer.
