jDeveloper
An IDE by Oracle Corporation released as a freeware that offers various features in Java, XML, PL/SQL, BPEL and more for integrating the Oracle Application Development Framework (Oracle ADF). The same also serves for support in SQL and Oracle products which supports Java and has a Code Editor and Code Navigation.
