Relax:

Did you know that stress can be a huge contributing factor when it comes to worsening your PMS symptom? You see, stress acts as a big trigger for your PMS symptoms, and this is why staying relaxed during this time makes you feel better. We are sure there must be plenty of things that help you relax like reading a book, cooking, watching your favourite movie or doing yoga as well.
