Lexmark Printer Setup troubleshooting For Proper Installation

Why Power light does not come on:-

Step-1: First of all, check the power supply connections as well as ensure that power supply is pressed all the way into the connector on the All-In-One Printer.

Step-2: On the control panel, press Power

Nothing happens -When I insert the All-In-One software CD:-

Double-click the icon My Computer from the desktop, after that double-click the icon CD-ROM drive. Double-click setup.exe, if necessary, and then to install the software follow the instructions on the screen.

Why Document does not print properly:-

From the bottom of the print cartridges, make sure you removed the sticker as well as tape for help, see the option “Replacing the print cartridges”.

Check that the cartridges are installed properly. For help get Lexmark Printer Support or see an option “Replacing the print cartridges”.

To check you loaded the paper properly, see option “Loading plain paper into the paper support”.

Steps to Use an undamaged USB cable:-

To make sure your document is not being paused or held, check your All-In-One status.

Step-1: Click on the Start button -> Settings -> Printers.

Step-2: Double-click the icon Lexmark 4200 Series, as well as click on the Printer.

Step-3: To Pause Printing, make sure no check mark appears next

Step-4: Print a test page.
