How to select the perfect place to do yoga?

Places In Himalayas. Yoga
has many benefits. So, it matters a lot where are you doing yoga. Selecting the
right place is very important.
Factors
that play a role in selecting an ideal place for yoga are:
1. Quiet, pleasant and comfortable
· The place for practicing yoga must be
noise free and pleasant.

You can spot such places in park or
garden.
·
You must select the place where there is
no sound.
·
It must be an ideal place for
meditation.
·
You must feel comfortable and relaxed
while doing yoga.
·
The sunny area will result in more
sweating and draining of energy.
·
So, look out for full or partial shade
and a good Himalayan yoga institute.
·
Select the place where there are no
distractions.
·
There must be fewer people, less voice
with the calm atmosphere.
·
Keep yourself safe from outside voices.
·
Putting headphones in the ear can
prevent you from the clatter of traffic and kids playing.
·
The ideal place must be free from
rodents, cockroaches, ants, spiders, and mice.
· It is very much required to keep your ideal place hygienic and clean.
Select the time that works best for you
You must be thinking how time plays a role in selecting the ideal place for yoga.

Early in the morning or late evening
makes the places quiet and pleasant.
·
During this time the temperature is less
and the fresh air is blowing.

You can inhale as much oxygen as
required while doing yoga.

The air is fresh, free from pollution
and other particulate matter.
Such places can be the lawn any
playground. You can also go to the Himalayan Yog Sansthan for practicing and learning yoga.

am not saying that you must escape from buildings and roads.

To connect with nature, find manmade
garden or cluster of trees.

Enjoy doing pranayama breathing in the serene atmosphere.

You can do many pranayama exercises,
poses, and breathing techniques.
·
These are must for the relaxation of
body, mind, and soul.

I do yoga early morning in an open area.
