Steps to change Xfinity email settings:

  • First of all, you need to visit www.xfinity.com then click on the Email  icon.
  • Now log in to your Xfinity account using your email username and password.
  • Next, you need to click on Settings icon that you can locate in the upper-right section of the screen. Then click on Settings  and look for the Mail Settings option.
  • After the modification in settings, the changes will be saved.

Note: The primary account holder might have disabled some settings.

Steps to change Xfinity voice Settings:

  • First of all, you need to go to www.xfinity.com and then click on the Menu  icon located at the top-right corner.
  • Next, choose Voice icon available in the drop-down list, and sign in to your account using the Xfinity username and password of primary account holder.
  • Now, click on Settings icon  which is located in the upper-right section of the screen, then choose Settings to go to Voice Settings.
  • Once the necessary changes have been made, it will be saved.

Note: Some settings may not be available if disabled by the primary account holder.

  • First, you need to visit www.xfinity.com then click on the Email  icon.
  • After this log in to your email account using your username and password.
  • Choose the Preferences tab  which is located at the top of the webpage.
  • Now click on Email icon  to check email preferences or click on the Voice icon  to know voice preferences.
  • Next, click on the Edit option in order to activate each setting then provide any details requested.
  • All the changes you make after modifying the settings will be saved automatically.

Note: The primary account holder may disable some email settings.
