How to fix paper jam error in a Canon printer?

Open the paper output cover carefully and remove the paper, if found on the front tray

If you find any piece of paper, move the fine cartridge holder towards the right edge or the left edge in order to remove the paper easily
Handle the fine cartridge carefully to avoid any kind of breakage
Hold the jammed paper with your hands so avoid further tear in it
If the paper is rolled up inside, pull it out with your hands
Once it is pulled out, make sure that there is no other piece of paper left inside the cartridge
But, if the paper is torn, slide the cartridge to that side accordingly
Close the paper output cover
Now, reload the paper
