  • It will launch the Control Panel.
  • Select the View by Category option.
  • Press on the Region, Clock, and Language option.
  • Press on the Region and Language option.
  • Select the Location option.
  • Below the Current location option, you need to select the United States country.
  • Select the Keyboard and Languages option.
  • Press on the Change Keyboard option.
  • Select the General option.
  • Below the Default input language option, you need to select the English option.
  • Press on the Apply button.
  • After that, click on the OK button.
  • Exit from the Control Panel menu.
  • Start the Windows symbol.
  • Open the Windows upgrade option.

For Windows 8 and Windows 8.1

  • Keep pressing on the Windows and R keys together.
  • Enter the Control Panel in the search bar.
  • Click on the Enter option.
  • It will launch the Control Panel.
  • Select the View by Category option.
  • Press on the Language, clock, and Region.
  • Press on the Region option.
  • Select the Location option.
  • Below the Home option, you need to select the country.
  • Press on the Apply option.
  • Otherwise, press on the OK button.
  • Below the Clock, Region, and Language option, press on the Language option for adding any other language.
  • Press on the Add a language option.
  • Select the English option.
  • Press on the Open button.
  • Select the English language.
  • Press on the Add option.
  • Below the languages option, choose the default language.
  • Select the Remove option.
  • Exit from the Control Panel.
  • Start the Windows computer.
  • Start upgrading to the Windows 10 version.
  • Turn on the services and start changing the regional settings.
