Nonetheless, this is a source of great stress for the people responsible in generating B2B leads. Lead generation can be tough work, especially if the medium employed is telemarketing. But this is a necessary activity, if you want your business to successfully make  a deal.  The challenge here is how to best minimize the negative impact of stress on your workers. You can set up a mentoring system, letting your senior employees coach the younger ones. Having one-on-one lunches can help improve collaboration between parties. Encourage presentations where people can showcase their expertise can foster professional respect. This is very important, especially when some problem comes up in the telemarketing campaign. At least you know who you can ask help from. And you can expect this to be a regular occurrence.


Lastly, take up a problem one at a time. Yes, there are a lot of things that you need to take care of, particularly if the market you are trying to generate sales leads from is Singapore, but doing them all at once will simply overwhelm you. As any business manager would say, taking them all will just cause you to have more stress. Take it easy, and do the same with your team. Identify milestones that you need to reach. Once you succeed, have celebrate the success and proceed immediately to the next task. It can help you achieve your goals in the long run, as well as reduce the tension in your work.


Stress will always be a part of your lead generation campaign in Singapore. You will always have to deal with it. But as long as you know some simple ways to handle it, then you will be all right. Just be creative about it and let your imagination take hold. It will help you in the end.
