Therefore, if you want to lose weight, you shouldn’t eat sugar, dairy and simple carbs. Surely, you have to avoid snakes and Cola at the office as well.

However, you shouldn’t use less than 1000 calories a day; otherwise, it would be harmful to your health.

The ideal solution for you would be eating products which have higher size (volume) and a little amount of calories. Perfect examples are fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains and lean proteins. These products are very useful for your health, so as they are reach in vitamins, amino acids, minerals, etc.

How to control you weight effectively?

Most people feel that weight control is impossible without changing their life style. Thus, if you want to lose your weight, you should focus on the following factors:

  • physical activity;
  • healthy diet;
  • change in daily habits.

Besides, you should remember about emotional factors which contribute to overeating. Perhaps, you need the professional advice of your therapist to realize the emotional or psychological reasons for overeating.

Apart from healthy diet, regular physical activity is necessary for the weight loss program. It doesn’t mean that you have to join the nearest gym immediately, but going for a walk or climbing the stairs would be very helpful for you. What’s more, active life and exercising can improve your health condition and reduce the risk of obesity, heart disorder, certain osteoporosis or cancers, and other diseases.
