Overhead Power Lines are highly dangerous things. Developed and designed by man, there is an ongoing and frequent debate about their links with human health and incidents, where they have killed people when falling down in high winds, as well as fatal accidents. But for birds these Power Line structures are more hazardous because they pass through the water bodies and marshy lands where large birds gather and also cross them while they fly from one to another place.

These Transmission Lines have become very vicious for birds and a big concern for the bodies that look after these power and transmission lines. As we all know that millions of birds are electrocuted every year just because of them. This is a big issue because birds play an vital role to balance the ecology.

Most of the birds like Geese, Great Bustards and Stork become the victim of these power lines due their huge wings and low vision.

Hence the use of Bird Diverters came as an important solution to rescue birds from electrocution. These diverters are very much capable of saving birds from collision with wires as they are less with latest technology, these devices are so advanced like………

       a) Made of durable materials

       b) Can withstand in extreme weather conditions

       c) Very light in weight

       d) Easy to install (can be installed using hot stick from ground)

       e)  Afterglows as it has made with polymer

       f) Stable grip over conductors

Bird Diverter installed on power lines increases visibility of the overhead line hazard, and have an important role near habitat areas and bird migration paths. The glowing feature of these diverters increases its effectiveness because they glow during the down and dusk when birds can’t see the power lines due to low light.
